of <h1>India Extends Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 Validity to September 30, 2021, Per Foreign Trade Act 1992 Amendments.</h1> The Government of India, through the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, has extended the validity of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020 from March 31, 2021, to September 30, 2021. This extension is enacted under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992. Amendments were made to specific paragraphs of the policy, updating the expiration date to reflect this new extension. The notification was issued on March 31, 2021, by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
