The CAA will have the authority to exercise powers and discharge duties for officers listed in a detailed table, which includes various companies and entities across locations such as Surat, Amritsar, and others. The Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva-V, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Raigad, is predominantly assigned as the adjudicating authority.
