of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty Imposed on Aniline Imports from EU; USD 0.342/kg Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975, Sub-heading 2921.41.</h1> The notification imposes an anti-dumping duty on the import of Aniline from the European Union, as it was found to be exported to India below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duty is set at USD 0.342 per kilogram and is applicable to imports under sub-heading No. 2921.41 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. This measure, effective until June 25, 2001, is based on findings that such imports have resulted in dumping. The applicable exchange rate for calculating the duty will be as specified by the Ministry of Finance on the date of the bill of entry presentation.
