of <h1>Textiles Ministry Amends Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 for Scrip Issuance under RoSL Scheme; DGFT to Manage Implementation.</h1> The Ministry of Textiles has introduced an enabling provision in the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 concerning the issuance of scrips under the Scheme for Rebate of State Levies (RoSL). This amendment, effective immediately, adds a sub-paragraph in the policy to implement the RoSL scheme in scrip mode, as per the Ministry's earlier notifications. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) will manage the implementation, with specific procedures to be detailed separately.
