<h1>Finance Ministry Amends Notification No. 128/2016-Customs: Updates Serial 9 with 2020 Corrigendum Reference.</h1> The notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, amends Notification No. 128/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated 25.10.2016. This amendment, under the authority of the Principal Director General of Revenue Intelligence, modifies the entry in the table against serial number 9. The existing reference 'DRI F. No. 50D/28/2009/CI dated 28.02.2013' is replaced with 'DRI F. No. 50D/28/2009/CI dated 28.02.2013 read with corrigendum dated 06.08.2020.' This change is formalized under Notification No. 42/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 3rd September 2020.
