of <h1>Sikkim Government Extends GST Deadlines: Notification No. 54/2017 Amends Previous Notification 30/2017.</h1> The Government of Sikkim, through its Finance, Revenue and Expenditure Department, has issued Notification No. 54/2017 - State Tax to amend Notification No. 30/2017-State Tax dated 11th September 2017. The amendments extend certain deadlines under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Specifically, the deadline in the table against Sl. No. 2 is extended from 31st October 2017 to 30th November 2017, and the deadline against Sl. No. 3 is extended from 10th November 2017 to 11th December 2017.
