These include Series XII-A bonds, numbered 57156 to 70155, with a 10% annual interest for seven years and a total value of 130 crores, and Series XII-B bonds, numbered 70156 to 73655, with a 10.25% annual interest for ten years and a total value of 35 crores. The tax exemption applies only if bondholders register their names and holdings with the corporation.
