of <h1>Finance Ministry Corrects Tax Notification: Durgapur to Burdwan, Jalpaiguri to Siliguri in Schedule Entries.</h1> Notification No. 109/2019 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, serves as a corrigendum to Notification No. 71/2019 dated 20th September 2019. This corrigendum, published on 31st December 2019, corrects entries in the schedule by substituting 'DURGAPUR' with 'BURDWAN' for serial number 24 and 'JALPAIGURI' with 'SILIGURI' for serial number 25. These changes are reflected in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).
