of <h1>Uttar Pradesh GST Amendment: New Entries for Dried Tamarind, Leaf Plates & Cups, Effective Retroactively from October 2019.</h1> The Governor of Uttar Pradesh, under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. KA.NI.-2-837/XI-9 (47)/17-U.P. Act-I 2017-Order-(07)-2019, dated 30 June 2017. The amendment introduces new entries in the Schedule, specifically: '57A 0813 Tamarind dried' and '114C 46 Plates and cups made up of all kinds of leaves/flowers/bark.' This amendment is effective retrospectively from 1st October 2019.
