of <h1>Ministry of Finance Amends Notification to Reflect New Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh, Effective October 2019.</h1> Notification No. 91/2019 issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, amends Notification No. 57/2014 dated 3rd November 2014. The amendment involves changing the reference from 'Jammu and Kashmir' to 'the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Union territory of Ladakh' in the schedule, specifically in serial number 2, item number (ii). This amendment is effective retroactively from 31st October 2019. It is certified that no individual is adversely affected by the retrospective implementation of this notification.
