of <h1>Insolvency Professionals Regulations Amended: Annual Compliance Certificate Required by October 15th; Updates to Forms A and C.</h1> The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has issued the Second Amendment to the Insolvency Professionals Regulations, 2019, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette. The amendment introduces a requirement for insolvency professional entities to submit an annual compliance certificate in Form H by October 15th for the preceding financial year. Entities recognized as of March 31, 2019, must submit the certificate by December 31, 2019, for the 2018-19 financial year. The amendment also updates Form A for insolvency professional registration applications and Form C for entity recognition applications, among other procedural changes.
