of <h1>Puducherry GST Rules Amended: 'Application' Changed to 'Undertaking' in Clause (b) of Sub-rule (4.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Secretariat issued a corrigendum for Notification G.O. Ms. No. 57, dated November 8, 2018. The correction pertains to the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Thirteenth Amendment) Rules, 2018. Specifically, in clause (b) of sub-rule (4), the phrase 'furnish an application to the effect' has been amended to 'furnish an undertaking to the effect.' This change is documented in G.O. Ms. No. 60, dated December 14, 2018, and was ordered by the Lieutenant-Governor through the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Finance).
