of <h1>Puducherry GST Notification Amended: Deadline Extended from 20th May 2018 to 22nd May 2018 per Section 168.</h1> The Government of Puducherry's Commercial Taxes Department has issued an amendment to Notification No. F.No. 3240/CTD/GST/2018/1, originally dated 29th March 2018. This amendment, under the authority of section 168 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Act, 2017, changes the deadline specified in the original notification. Specifically, in the table of the notification, the date '20th May, 2018' is replaced with '22nd May, 2018' for the relevant entry. This change is made on the recommendation of the Council and is authorized by the Commissioner of State Tax, Puducherry.
