of <h1>Uttar Pradesh extends GSTR-1 quarterly return deadline for small taxpayers with turnover up to 1.5 crore rupees.</h1> The Uttar Pradesh government has extended the deadline for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to submit their quarterly GSTR-1 returns. Under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, these registered persons must report their outward supply details for the April-June 2019 quarter by July 31, 2019. Future deadlines for returns from July 2017 to June 2019 will be announced in the Official Gazette. This notification was authorized by the Governor based on the Council's recommendations.
