of <h1>Anti-dumping Duty Imposed on Pure Terephthalic Acid Imports from Thailand and Indonesia Under Notification No. 100/2000-Customs</h1> The notification enacts an anti-dumping duty on Pure Terephthalic Acid imported from Thailand and Indonesia. Issued on July 11, 2000, under Notification No. 100/2000-Customs, it amends a previous notification from April 28, 1998. The duty rates are set at 1939 Rupees per metric tonne for exports from Thailand, applicable to Tuntex Petrochemical (Thailand) Public Company Ltd. and any other exporter. For Indonesia, the duty is set at 3375 Rupees per metric tonne for any exporter. This measure follows the final findings of a review by the designated authority, as published in the Gazette of India.
