of <h1>SEBI Appoints K.D. Gupta as New Administrator of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Following Sabharwal's Resignation.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has appointed Shri K.D. Gupta, IRS (Retd.), as the new Administrator of the Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Association Limited (UPSE) following the resignation of Shri M.N. Sabharwal, IPS (Retd.), due to personal reasons. This appointment is effective during the continued supersession of the UPSE Governing Board, which is valid until September 30, 2006. Shri K.D. Gupta is authorized to exercise all powers and duties of the Governing Board and may enlist assistance as needed to fulfill his responsibilities as Administrator.
