<h1>India Extends GST TRAN-1 Filing Deadline to March 31, 2019, for Technical Issues u/r 117(1A.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Order No. 01/2019-GST, extending the deadline for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-1 under rule 117(1A) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension is granted until 31st March 2019 for certain registered persons who faced technical difficulties on the common portal, as recommended by the Council. This order supersedes the previous Order No. 4/2018-GST dated 17.09.2018, except for actions already undertaken under that order.
