of <h1>Union Territory GST Amendment Act, 2018 to be enacted from February 1, 2019, as per Notification No. 1/2019.</h1> The Central Government of India has announced that the provisions of the Union Territory Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 will be enacted starting February 1, 2019. This decision, authorized under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act, was formalized through Notification No. 1/2019 by the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue. The notification was issued by the Deputy Secretary to the Government of India on January 29, 2019.
