<h1>West Bengal GST Act Update: Deadline Extended for Taxpayers with Provisional IDs to Complete Migration Process.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued a notification amending the previous notification No. 1081-F.T. dated 06.08.2018, under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment extends the deadlines for taxpayers with provisional IDs to complete their migration process. The new deadlines are 31st January 2019 for submitting requisite details to the jurisdictional nodal officer and 28th February 2019 for sending details via email to GSTN. These changes are made under the authority of the Governor, following the recommendations of the GST Council.
