of <h1>West Bengal amends GST Anti-Profiteering Committee; Commissioner of CGST & CX, Kolkata Zone, appointed as new member.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued an amendment to Notification No. 1639-F.T. dated 14.09.2017 concerning the State Committee of Anti-Profiteering under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework. This amendment, effective immediately, replaces clause (b) with a new appointment, designating the Commissioner of CGST & CX, Kolkata Zone, as the new member. The notification was authorized by the Governor and issued by the Additional Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
