<h1>SEBI Renews United Stock Exchange Recognition u/s 4 of Securities Contracts Act for 2013-2014.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has renewed the recognition of United Stock Exchange of India Limited under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. This renewal, effective from March 22, 2013, to March 21, 2014, allows the exchange to operate in securities contracts, subject to compliance with conditions set by SEBI. The decision was made in the interest of trade and the public. The exchange is required to adhere to any conditions prescribed by SEBI during this period.
