Stock Exchange Recognition for One Year u/s 4 of Securities Contracts Act 1956.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has granted a one-year renewal of recognition to the U.P. Stock Exchange Limited under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. This renewal, effective from June 3, 2013, to June 2, 2014, allows the Exchange to engage in securities contracts. The Exchange must comply with SEBI's Circular No. MRD/DSA/SE/cir-12/09 dated October 7, 2009, and any additional conditions imposed by SEBI.
