of <h1>Anti-dumping duty imposed on Bisphenol-A imports from EU and Taiwan under Customs Tariff Act; effective until Dec 5, 2000.</h1> This notification implements an anti-dumping duty on Bisphenol-A imported from the European Union and Taiwan, as determined by the designated authority's preliminary findings. The investigation concluded that Bisphenol-A was exported to India at below-normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry due to dumping. Consequently, the Central Government, exercising its powers under the Customs Tariff Act, imposes a duty of 5.30 Rupees per kilogram on imports from Taiwan and 4.03 Rupees per kilogram on imports from the European Union. This measure is effective until December 5, 2000.
