of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Reconstitutes Authority for Advance Ruling Under GST Act, 2017; Includes State Tax and Customs Commissioners.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has reconstituted the Andhra Pradesh Authority for Advance Ruling under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and its corresponding rules. The authority will include two members: an Additional Commissioner of State Tax and a Joint Commissioner from Kakinada Customs. Any vacancy in the authority will be automatically filled by an officer appointed to these positions. The authority will operate from the office of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh. This notification is issued by the Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department.
