of <h1>Punjab Extends FORM GST ITC-01 Deadline for Those Who Filed GST-CMP-04 in March 2018 u/s 168.</h1> The Department of Excise and Taxation in Punjab has extended the deadline for registered persons to submit the declaration in FORM GST ITC-01. This extension applies to those who filed FORM GST-CMP-04 applications between March 2, 2018, and March 31, 2018. The new deadline is thirty days from the publication date of this notification in the Official Gazette. This decision is made under section 168 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 40 of the Punjab GST Rules, 2017.
