of <h1>Rajasthan Extends FORM GST TRAN-1 Submission Deadline to Jan 31, 2019 for Technical Issues u/r 117(1A.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan's Commercial Taxes Department has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST TRAN-1 to January 31, 2019. This extension applies to registered persons who faced technical difficulties on the common portal and whose cases were recommended by the Council. The decision was made under the authority granted by rule 117(1A) of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, in conjunction with section 168 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, on September 24, 2018.
