of <h1>Sikkim Extends Deadline for FORM GST ITC-01 Declarations Under GST Rules 2017 by 30 Days for March 2018 Applications.</h1> The Government of Sikkim, through its Commercial Taxes Division, has announced an extension for the deadline to submit declarations in FORM GST ITC-01 under the Sikkim Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. This extension applies to registered individuals who filed applications in FORM GST-CMP-04 between March 2, 2018, and March 31, 2018. The new deadline is extended by thirty days from the notification's publication date in the Official Gazette.
