of <h1>Nagaland Extends GSTR-3B Filing Deadline to December 31, 2018, for Newly Migrated Dealers u/s 168.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Commissioner of State Taxes, has issued Notification 19/2018 to amend a previous notification regarding the filing deadline for FORM GSTR-3B. This amendment allows newly migrated dealers, who obtained their GST Identification Number as per a specific notification dated August 6, 2018, to file their returns for the period from July 2017 to November 2018 by December 31, 2018. This extension is executed under the powers granted by section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with the relevant rules.
