of <h1>Telangana extends FORM GST ITC-01 submission deadline by 30 days for March 2018 applicants u/s 168 and Rule 40.</h1> The Telangana Commercial Taxes Department has issued Notification No. 17/2018, extending the deadline for registered individuals to submit declarations in FORM GST ITC-01. This extension applies to those who filed applications in FORM GST-CMP-04 between March 2, 2018, and March 31, 2018. The extension grants an additional thirty days from the notification date, pursuant to Section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and Rule 40 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
