of <h1>Nagaland extends FORM GST ITC-04 submission deadline for job worker transactions until September 30, 2018.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, has issued Notification-14/2018 to extend the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04. This form pertains to the declaration of goods dispatched to or received from job workers, or transferred between job workers, for the period from July 2017 to June 2018. The new deadline for submission is set for September 30, 2018. This notification supersedes the previous Notification-19/2017, dated November 3, 2017, except for actions already completed under that notification.
