The state government has included the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax, as designated by the Board, and the Commissioner of State Tax in this appellate authority. This decision is an extension of a previous notification from January 12, 2018. The notification is issued by the Commercial Tax Department, under the authority of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, and is dated August 20, 2018.
