of <h1>Tripura Finance Department Extends Tax Deadline from September 2018 to 2019 u/s 11 of GST Act.</h1> The Government of Tripura, through the Finance Department, has issued Notification No. 22/2018-State Tax (Rate) to amend a previous notification, No. 8/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated June 29, 2017. Exercising the powers under section 11 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act 2017, the amendment extends the deadline from September 30, 2018, to September 30, 2019. This change is made in the public interest following the Council's recommendations. The notification is authorized by the Principal Secretary of the Finance Department, Tripura.
