of <h1>Anti-dumping duty on Korean Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber imports to India set at $124 per metric ton.</h1> The notification imposes an anti-dumping duty on Ethylene Propylene Diene Rubber (EPDM) imported from Korea RP, following findings that it was exported to India below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duty, set at $124 per metric ton, applies to imports from M/s Kumho Polychem Company Limited and any other exporters from Korea RP. This provisional measure is effective until November 18, 2000, with duties payable in Indian currency at the exchange rate specified by the Ministry of Finance.
