The officer designated as the Common Adjudicating Authority is tasked with exercising powers and duties related to a show cause notice issued to a noticee from Raigad, Maharashtra. The appointed authority is the Additional Director General (Adjudication) of the DRI in Mumbai, replacing the previous Commissioner of Customs in Mumbai.
