This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescinded notification was initially published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
