of <h1>Amendment to Notification: 'Section 22' changed to 'Clause (iii) of Section 21 and Section 22' by Ministry of Corporate Affairs.</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. S.O. 2422(E) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, an amendment is made to the original notification dated 13th June 2018. The correction specifies that in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, the reference to 'Section 22' should be amended to read 'Clause (iii) of Section 21 and Section 22.' This change is noted on page 2, line 8 of the document.
