of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Designates National Academy to Conduct Exams u/r 83(3) of GST Rules 2017.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department issued Notification No. 24/2018-State Tax on May 25, 2018, under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification designates the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics, under the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, as the Authority to conduct examinations as per sub-rule (3) of rule 83 of the Himachal Pradesh GST Rules, 2017. This decision was made by the Commissioner based on the recommendations of the Council.
