of <h1>West Bengal extends GSTR-6 filing deadline for Input Service Distributors to July 31, 2018, u/s 39(6).</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal, has extended the deadline for Input Service Distributors to file their GSTR-6 returns for the period from July 2017 to June 2018. The new deadline is set for July 31, 2018. This decision is made under the authority granted by the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, specifically under sub-section (6) of section 39, and supersedes the previous notification dated March 28, 2018.
