<h1>India's LLP Rules Amended: New Electronic DPIN Application Process & Reporting Changes via Form DIR-3 and DIR-6.</h1> The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Rules, 2018, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India, amends the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009. Effective from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, the amendments specify that individuals intending to become designated partners in an LLP must apply electronically for a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) using Form DIR-3. Additionally, any changes to an individual's particulars who has been allotted a DPIN or Director Identification Number (DIN) must be reported to the Central Government within 30 days using Form DIR-6.
