of <h1>Central Government amends Cochin SEZ Authority composition under Sections 31(1) and 31(5), adding two private company executives</h1> The Central Government, under sections 31(1) and 31(5) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, amends Notification S.O. 1590(E) dated 22 April 2016 to alter membership of the Cochin SEZ Authority by substituting the entries at Sl. Nos. 5 and 6. The amendments add as members a managing director of a private technology company operating in the Cochin SEZ and a director & CEO of a private web services company operating in the Cochin SEZ, thereby updating the Authority's composition.
