Foreign exchange regulation: RBI notifies commencement of provisos to regulation 10 governing transfer and issue of securities by non residents. RBI, exercising powers under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, notifies commencement of the proviso to sub regulation (1) and the proviso to sub regulation (2) of regulation 10 of the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident outside India) Regulations, 2017, with effect from the stated commencement date, and records the prior publication and amendment history of the principal regulations.
