<h1>Correction Alert: 'Amendment' in G.S.R. 432(E) Changed to 'Second Amendment' in Gazette Notification.</h1> In the corrigendum issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, regarding Notification Number G.S.R. 432(E) dated 7th May 2018, a correction has been made. The term 'Amendment' in line 7 of the original notification should be read as 'Second Amendment.' This change is published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated 7th May 2018. The correction is documented under file number F. No. 1/33/2013-CL-V (Part).
