of <h1>Rajasthan Rescinds 2018 GST Notification u/r 138(14)(d); Effective 20 May 2018 by State Tax Commissioner.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan's Commercial Taxes Department has rescinded Notification No. F.17(131)ACCT/GST/2017/3199, originally issued on 26 March 2018. This action is taken under the authority of clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of Rule 138 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, as recommended by the council. The rescission is effective from 20 May 2018. The notification was issued by the Commissioner of State Tax, Rajasthan, Jaipur.
