Conditions apply.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department issued a notification waiving the late fee for filing FORM GSTR-3B for registered persons who submitted but did not file FORM GST TRAN-1 by December 27, 2017. This waiver applies to returns for the months from October 2017 to April 2018, provided that these individuals filed FORM GST TRAN-1 by May 10, 2018, and submitted the GSTR-3B returns for each month by May 31, 2018. This action was taken under the authority of section 128 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
