of <h1>Maharashtra Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadlines for Taxpayers Over Rs. 1.5 Crore Turnover for Apr-Jun 2018 Period.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra, has extended the deadlines for taxpayers with an aggregate turnover exceeding 1.5 crore rupees to submit FORM GSTR-1 under the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. For April 2018, the deadline is 31st May 2018; for May 2018, it is 10th June 2018; and for June 2018, it is 10th July 2018. Further extensions for filing details or returns under sections 38 and 39 for April to June 2018 will be announced in the Official Gazette.
