of <h1>Jammu & Kashmir extends deadline for FORM GST TRAN-2 submission to June 30, 2018 u/r 117(4)(b)(iii).</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir's Commercial Taxes Department has issued Notification No. 41/2018, extending the deadline for submitting the statement in FORM GST TRAN-2 under rule 117(4)(b)(iii) of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017. The new deadline is set for June 30, 2018. This extension is based on the powers conferred by the relevant rules and recommendations from the Council. The notification is effective from March 28, 2018.
