of <h1>Rajasthan Govt to Enforce Select GST Amendment Rules from April 1, 2018, Excluding Clause 7 of Rule 4.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan, through its Finance Department, has announced that specific provisions of the Rajasthan Goods and Service Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2018, will come into effect on April 1, 2018. This enactment excludes clause (7) of rule 4 but includes rules 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the same amendment rules, in conjunction with section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
