of <h1>Rajasthan Rescinds 2018 Notification on Late Fees for GSTR-5A Filings Under GST Act, Effective March 7, 2018.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan, through its Finance Department, has rescinded notification number F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-IV-161 dated January 23, 2018. This notification previously addressed the reduction in late fees for delayed filing of FORM GSTR-5A under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The rescission is effective as of March 7, 2018, and does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this date. The decision was made following the recommendations of the Council, and the order was issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
