of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Flat Base Steel Wheels Until March 2019 Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended Notification No. 03/2013-Customs (ADD) to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of 'Flat Base Steel Wheels' from China. This amendment follows a review initiated by the designated authority and is in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules. The anti-dumping duty, originally imposed on March 26, 2013, will now remain effective until March 25, 2019, unless revoked earlier. This decision is aimed at preventing injury to the domestic industry from dumped imports.
