of <h1>Jharkhand Sets Up Appellate Authority for GST Rulings u/s 99 of Jharkhand GST Act 2017.</h1> The State Government of Jharkhand, under Section 99 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has established the Jharkhand Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax. This authority will hear appeals against decisions made by the Advance Ruling Authority. The Appellate Authority will consist of the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax and the Commissioner of State Tax. This notification was issued by the Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner of the Commercial Taxes Department, by order of the Governor of Jharkhand, on February 20, 2018.
